Situated at the Zhonggong Temple Street, Xincheng District, Yinzhou, Ningbo City and close to Yinzhou District Government and Yinzhou Park, the plot of Ningbo 4th Bus Company neighbors Yin County Avenue and boasts of convenient traffic to Ningbo downtown. The project will cover a 67,348m2 land, have floor area ratio of 2.0 and provide home for 865 households. Scheduled to start from March this year, this project is the first real estate project invested by Gemdale in Ningbo, and the entire community will be about 160,000m2.
Based on the form of the plot, this project will provide eight tall residential buildings arranged along two sides on east and west.
In the regard of environment design, Gemdale Ningbo project takes China¡¯s modern urban culture approach as key elements, and merges the view-creating methods of China¡¯s classic and modern gardens.
