The Imperial Garden(xi'an)

About 1km south of the Wild Goose Pagoda, the Imperial Garden is situated at the intersection of Yanta South Road and Yannan 3rd Road. It covers a 68,666m2 land, has a floor area of 72,600m2 and floor area ratio of 1.8, and consists of townhouse, villa family and penthouses with wide view.

The entire architectural design takes realizing the perfect integration of modern and classics as the goal, displays modern style of Tang Dynasty of unique feature. The project intends to seek the continuation of skeleton from the Lifang system (a unit of land larger than street but smaller than district) in ancient Chang¡¯an City of Tang Dynasty, acquires inspiration from the 9 3x3 squares game and go game, hammers out the essence of one protection wall for every three households and five light wells for a square court with four walls, takes the courtyard as the overall planning contour of the project, to build a four-level residential space feeling system with street, lane, court and houses.

Overlooking the high land slope architecture at four sides, the first phase primarily consists of townhouses of 420-430 m2 in floor area and villa families of 260-275 m2 in floor area.
