The Imperial Garden(xi'an)

About 1km south of the Wild Goose Pagoda, the Imperial Garden is situated at the intersection of Yanta South Road and Yannan 3rd Road. It covers a 68,666m2 land, has a floor area of 72,600m2 and floor area ratio of 1.8, and consists of townhouse, villa family and penthouses with wide view.

The entire architectural design takes realizing the perfect integration of modern and classics as the goal, displays modern style of Tang Dynasty of unique feature. The project intends to seek the continuation of skeleton from the Lifang system (a unit of land larger than street but smaller than district) in ancient Chang¡¯an City of Tang Dynasty, acquires inspiration from the 9 3x3 squares game and go game, hammers out the essence of one protection wall for every three households and five light wells for a square court with four walls, takes the courtyard as the overall planning contour of the project, to build a four-level residential space feeling system with street, lane, court and houses.

Overlooking the high land slope architecture at four sides, the first phase primarily consists of townhouses of 420-430 m2 in floor area and villa families of 260-275 m2 in floor area.

Gemdale Green World (Tianjin)

On February 7th, 2005, Gemdale obtained the development right of a 370,666m2 land in Shuanggang Town, Jinnan District, Tianjin, situated southeast of downtown of Tianjin and abutting the External Ring and City Fast Track of Dagu South Road. Public traffic facilities like metro and light rail are largely ready. Situated at the principal axis belt of urban sprawl of Tianjin, it is the closest block to downtown of all the eight blocks in the blueprint of Tianjin. Listed by State Council Office for Restructuring the Economic Systems as a model region of small town building across the country, it presents sound market perspective and development potential.
Gemdale Green World will cover a 370,666m2 land and be built into a 520,000m2 low density, high standard large-scale residential zone with full facilities. The plan adopts the core proposition of new urbanism.
Gemdale Green World inherits the elegant and warm design feelings, reproduces the architectural culture of villa, unites local inhabitant habit and regional trait, reforms and regresses to the group living feelings of human being. The external surface of the architecture, thanks to the organic integration of original brick color and lightweight materials, displays a concave and protruding sense of musical instrument¡¯s keys. Following the evenly good principle of inhabitation, and considering the inhabitation function of rooms in regards of daylight hours, comfort and ventilation, we have made all layouts of rooms oriented to south and north direction, chosen the spatial structure of big room width and small room depth, extended the compact space of rooms, and emphasized more on the spatial integration of light and structure.

Gemdale Mellon Town (Shenzhen)

Covering a 1.36km2 land, Gemdale Mellon Town will provide about 420,000m2 total floor area, including 407,000m2 residential quarters and 12,000m2 shopping area. Located northeast of secondary line expansion area of Longhua, this project faces Bulong Road and a residential quarter known as Jin Xiu Jiang Nan at north and abuts Meilong Road at west. As a backbone road under construction, the Meilong Road will be completed and put into use by the end of 2005 and will shorten the drive from this project location to Meilin Border-Crossing Port to 5 minutes.
Gemdale Mellon Town is situated at the heartland of Longhua, a region with infinite growth potential and one of the major satellite towns in the blueprint of Shenzhen, and the secondary line expansion area of Longhua has been positioned as ¡°rear garden of Futian District¡±. When the expected Bulong District formed by Longhua Town and Buji Town today is established, Shenzhen Railway Station is moved to Longhua, South China International Logistics Center is based here, and the future 4th metro line and Fulong Road fast traffic line (connecting Xiangmihu Road and Longhua Town) are put into use, Longhua region will turn into a new downtown of Shenzhen due to its advantage in space, traffic and planning.
Consisting of mid-rise buildings of 11-18 floors and tall buildings of 24-33 floors, this residential quarter will provide over 4,000 apartments and be a large-scale residential quarter with full facilities. Among which the project Phase I will cover about 50,000m2 land, with over 180,000m2 floor area (including basement), consisting of 7 mid-rise buildings and tall buildings of 11-24 floors. There are more than 1,200 apartments in all, with about 5,000m2 high class shopping area and 2,000m2 club.
This project whose architectural scheme is designed by German WSP Architecture Design Co., Ltd will use rational approach of modernism, seek the harmonious unification of technical beauty and humanization, and make the feelings of inhabitants return to tranquility and nature with the contracted, simple, pure style of purism.
In the overall planning layout, the architectures will be primarily tall slab-type apartment buildings, with varying intervals in the encircling space, dotted with tall tower-type apartment buildings in the central green belt.
