In the second half of 2007, New Fortune Magazine held the 4th Appraisal of New Fortune Gold Medal Board Secretary of Listed Companies and there were 1,571 board secretaries from 1,636 listed companies of Series A and Series B. Guo Guoqiang, our board secretary, ranked the 11th place in the total list and became one of the 9 board secretaries winning such title for four terms. New Fortune Magazine compared the accumulative market value growth rates of the listed companies where the board secretaries won the title for four terms successively for 2005-2007 and Gemdale Group ranked the 2nd place.

On June 28, 2008, the 10th Summit Forum of Gold Bull Listed Companies and Prize-giving Ceremony were held grandly in Beijing. Gemdale Property won the award of “Top 100 of the 10th Golden Bull Listed Companies of China 2007”.

The Research Report of the Listed Companies of China Real Estate 2008 was issued and Gemdale had been listed into TOP10 for 6 years successively. On August 20, 2008, “the Achievement Show of China Real Estate for 30 Years” was grandly on in Beijing. On January 15, 2008, the “Authoritativeness and Credibility Honorary List of China Real Estate 2008 was issued grandly in CPPCC Auditorium in Beijing, Gemdale-GZLAKES won the title of “Typical Community of Influence of China 2008”.

On November 13, 2008, the prize-giving ceremony of the GFHS IV was held grandly in Interlaken OCT Hotel in Shenzhen. On December 8, 2008, the prize-giving ceremony of “Shanghai Real Estate-Memory of 30 Years” organized by Oriental Morning Post of Wenhui Xinmin United Press Group was held grandly. More than 30 main media in China gathered in Pudong Shangri-La Hotel. On January 6, 2009, in Shanghai Garden Hotel, the prize-giving ceremony of the 1st No. 1 Quality Award of China Business News (CBN). Gemdale Value Bay won the award of “Market Exploration” and Gemdale Green World won the gold medal of “Comprehensive Quality”.

On January 12-13, 2009, Wuhan Yifang and Soufun Net successively issued the authoritative analysis report of Wuhan real estate 2008 and Wuhan residence sales list. Gemdale Green Town and Gemdale International Garden of Wuhan Company both ranked TOP 10 in the sales of commodity houses in Wuhan; Gemdale Green Town ranked the 3rd place with 924 flats (for reference only and actually 1,005 flats). On Soufun Net, issued at the same time with the sales list, “TOP 10 Estates of Attention of Wuhan 2008” was also issued with Gemdale International Garden ranked the 4th place.

On January 14, 2009, the annual meeting of New Real Estate 2008 was held in Beijing Hotel. At the main event of that day, the meeting gave such awards of the Heroes of Real Estate-Person of Influence, Person of Promotion, Person of Vision, etc of the real estate of China since the Reform and Opening-up of China. With his great contribution the leading of Gemdale Group to the development of the real estate of China, Ling Ke, our board chairman, won the most valuable award of “Heroes of Real Estate-Person of Influence”. On March 25, 2009, “Legend in Adverse Situations- Sina Leju Innovation Summit 2009” was held grandly in Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. At such meeting, such important awards as Annual Influential Person of 2008-2009, the Best Faithful Enterprise 2008-2009 by Sina Leju; meanwhile, the Most Influential Estate 2008-2009 of Sina Leju; the Estate with the Most Investment Value 2008-2009 of Sina Leju; the Estate of Expectation 2009 of Sina Leju, etc were given.

On April 25, 2009, the national 9th World Intellectual Property Day, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China officially announced the certification result of the newest reputed trademarks, with Gemdale Trademark recognized as one of the reputed trademarks in China. This was a big historical breakthrough for the Group in brand construction and trademark protection after “Gemdale” was certified as the “Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province” in March 2007. In this certification, only two out of the real estate development enterprises in China were certified as “China Famous Trademark” (the other is Chongqing Jinke). Since March 1995 when China started to certify famous trademarks, for 15 years, there had been only 11 China Famous Trademarks among the real estate enterprises of China.

In April 2009, the “China Real Estate Top 10 Research Report” completed by ERI/DRC of the State Council, Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University and China Index Research Institute, was officially issued in Beijing. Gemdale Group again was listed TOP10 Listed Companies of China Real Estate. This was the 7th time for Gemdale Group to be listed since the formal operation of such research in 2003.

On June 14-15, 2009, the 9th 21st Century Bo'ao Real Estate Forum was held in Hainan. In this forum, the grand release evening was held for the Gold Brick Award Selection 2009. Based on its excellent performance on comprehensive indexes such as growth, profitability, financing capacity, fundamental stock price, etc, Gemdale was awarded with the title of “the Listed Real Estate Company with the Most Investment Value 2009”.

On October 1, 2009, the Chinese people welcomed one significant day, the 60th Anniversary of the Foundation of the People’s Republic of China. On such festival day, the real estate of Xi’an specially recommended and awarded the benchmarking enterprises that had made great contribution to the construction of 60 years for Xi’an City, an activity to celebrate the National Day. At this appraisal activity, Gemdale Xi’an Company won two important awards, i.e. “TOP10 Outstanding Development Enterprises for 60 Years for the Urban Construction of Xi’an”, and “Top 10 Promotion Persons of Real Estate for 60 Years for the Urban Construction of Xi’an” given to Mr. Hu of Xi’an Company.

On November 28, 2009, “Press Conference of Research Achievements of TOP10 Enterprises of Property Service of China 2009 and the 2nd Summit of TOP 100 Entrepreneurs of Property Service of China” was grandly held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. Among “Research Achievements of TOP100 Enterprises of Property Service of China 2009”, Gemdale Property was listed in TOP 10 in comprehensive strength and won the honor of the third place of the most important list of “TOP10 in Service Quality among TOP100 of Property Service of China 2009” (mainly based on the property’s customer satisfaction in the mature period objectively reflecting the service level of the enterprise, and the position in the creation of provincial and national excellent projects reflecting the management level of the enterprise; Gemdale Property was leading in these two indices).

At the end of November, 2009, according to the good news from the website of Guangdong Property Management Association, Gemdale Seaview Garden Green Coastline and Gemdale Homage Hill were awarded with the honorary title of “Demo Residence Sub-district of Guangdong Province Property Management”.

On January 6, 2010, President Zhang Huagang, on behalf of Gemdale Group, participated in the Summit Forum on High-quality Real Estate of China Real Estate New Vision. Mr. Zhang won the award of “Leader of the Year of China Real Estate New View 2010”. The Campaign of “Love every Life and Support the Education of Remote Area” of Gemdale Group was listed into “Public Welfare Events of TOP 10 Real Estate Enterprise Brands of China 2009”; Gemdale Group Beijing Company won the award of “the Most Influential Brand of China Real Estate New Vision”; Shenzhen Gemdale Shang Tang Dao Project and Shanghai Gemdale Value Bay won the award of “Project of the Year”.

On January 15, 2010, the annual meeting of New Real Estate was held in Beijing grandly. On March 19, 2010, Shenzhen Quality Association held the prize-giving ceremony to commemorate “the 30th Anniversary of National Promotion of Quality Management” and Gemdale Property won the title of “Shenzhen Excellent Enterprise at the 30th Anniversary of National Promotion of Quality Management. Totally, there were 30 enterprises from different trades winning this award. On May 7, 2010, the 1st Shenzhen Press Index Excellent Listed Companies’ Prize-giving Ceremony was held in Shenzhen. Gemdale Group won three awards of “Listed Company of Growth Prospect”, “Listed Company of Press Image” and “Listed Company of Investor Relationship”. The leaders of the Publicity Department of CPC Shenzhen Committee, Shenzhen Securities Supervision Bureau, etc and the representatives of approximately 100 listed companies and media participated in such ceremony.

On May 26, 2010, the “Capital, Credit and Responsibility” Real Estate Financial Summit was held in Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel with the participation of the leaders of Shenzhen Branches of ICBC, ABC, BOC and CCB, the four state-owned banks of China and the related leaders of Guangdong Real Estate Credit Rating Committee; and People’s Daily and People Net jointly issued the enterprises listed into “the 2nd TOP 10 of Credit of Shenzhen Real Estate (2010)”, including Gemdale (Group) Co., Ltd..

On July 3, 2010, the brand recommendation and prize-giving ceremony of “Innovation Storm 2010-Samples of China Residence Innovations” and “Innovative Real Estate-Low-carbon Summit” were held grandly in the Four-season Hall of Building 6, Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. On July 30, 2010, the opening ceremony of the “Love Engineering” activities of Futian District to award the advanced enterprises in harmonious labor relationship and to love the new generation of constructers was held in the auditoria of Futian District. At the ceremony, 108 advanced enterprises of Futian District in harmonic labor relationship were awarded with medals and RMB20,000 bonus respectively. On September 18-19, 2010, China Real Estate Brand Value Research Achievement Release Conference 2010 and the 7th China Real Estate Brand Development Summit were held in Beijing grandly. At the meeting, among the List of Excellent Brand Enterprises of China Real Estate 2010, with RMB588 million brand value, Gemdale Property ranked the national third place of “Enterprise of Property Service Brand Value of China 2010”.
