In 1997, Gemdale was awarded with National "May First Labor Certificate of Merit".

In 1998, sponsored by the People's Daily, "Modern Corporate System and Gemdale Mode" Symposium was held in Great Hall of the People, "Gemdale Mode" was affirmed by relevant experts and organizations as a banner of state-owned enterprise reform. In the same year, Gemdale was awarded with "National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Result Award" by China Enterprise Management Association.

On July 13 th , 2003, Shanghai Gemdale Green Spring Town, Shanghai Gemdale Green Spring Bank singled themselves from a good many projects, were awarded with "China Domicile Innovation Model Residential Quarter" and "China Domicile Classic Model Residential Quarter " respectively.

On July 18 th , 2003, Gemdale and Beijing Gemdale International Garden were awarded with "Healthy Residence" Leading Enterprise and "Healthy Residence" Leading Project respectively by Economic Observer Weekly and Chamber of Commerce of Residential Quarter Industry of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce.

On December 3 rd , 2003, Gemdale Homage Hill became the first healthy residential quarter pilot project of National Residential Quarter Center in Shenzhen.

In April 2004, in "2003 China Residential Quarter Customer Satisfaction Degree Index Appraisal" carried out by China Association For Quality, and National User Committee, Gemdale Real Estate ranked 4 th across the country and 1 st in Shenzhen with the satisfaction index of 74.83.

By the end of October, 2004, in 11 th China Advertisement Festival, Gemdale Homage Hill Movie and Television Advertisement"Drama Rehearsal Work" was awarded with Golden Award of real estate category movie and television Ad. This is the only Golden Award of real estate category Ad in this China Ad Festival and is rare even in all China advertisement festivals.

On June 6 th , 2005, the result of 7 th "China Securities Journal · Asia Business China Top 50 Listed Companies with Greatest Growth Potential" came to light, Gemdale and other 49 companies singled themselves out from 1,476 listed companies from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets, the rank of Gemdale jumped to 19 th from 27 th in previous year.

On June 18 th , 2005, "2005 China Real Estate New Large Residential Quarter Research Result Launch and China Large Residential Quarter Development International Forum" sponsored by China Large Residential Quarter Development and Research Center and jointly launched by Urban Development Committee of China Association of Real Estate Industry, and Soufun.Com was pompously held in Beijing Diao Yu Tai State Guest House. On September 4 th , 2005, "2004 - 2005 China Blue Chip Real Estate Appraisal" sponsored by Economic Observer Weekly, Sina.Com and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business formally announced the result in China World Hotel Beijing. This is the second time Gemdale was selected into the list of blue chip real estate developers thanks to its steady operation and consistent brand image since it won this honor in 2004 for the first time.
